Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote chemical wall putty products to target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and suggest product improvements or new products based on market demand.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing efforts, trade shows, and other events.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, results, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
- for Valsad district ( area will be Khanvel to Daman and From Umbergaon to Valsad)


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical industry or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products, specifically wall putty products, and their market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
