Responsibilities:

Patient Care:


  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide guidance on preventive healthcare measures.

Clinical Duties:


  • Perform medical procedures as required.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in medical conferences and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.

Compliance and Ethics:


  • Adhere to medical ethics and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.

Continuing Education:


  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and research.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Emergency Response:


  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate intervention.
  • Collaborate with emergency services when necessary.

Requirements:


  • Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical board.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Doctor.
  • Strong diagnostic and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teambased healthcare environment.

Salary:
₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
