We are looking for a Performance Marketer who could scale Digital Advertisements for Ecommerce Brands. Someone who is data-driven and takes keen interest in understanding Analytics, Attribution and P/L of Advertisements.


Responsibilities

  • Driving all Paid Digital Marketing efforts along with growing non-paid channels
  • Being a thought leader in everything about Digital Marketing
  • Focusing on strategic as well as tactical efforts to achieve growth
  • Driving maximum business impact from campaigns
  • Planning budgets for various channels (Google Search, Facebook, Youtube, display, Affiliate, retargeting) to acquire new users)
  • Manage channels to reach existing customers to drive high repeat business at a low cost, with the help of engagement tools and the intelligence required to create personalized and custom flows to engage with old customers to drive repeats
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spending
  • Responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools
  • Drive marketing efficiency through optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition
  • Landing page and funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates

Metrics:
GMV, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Retention Rate%. etc


Qualifications

Min 3-5 Years of Experience

Previous Experience with Ecommerce Brands

Past Portfolio of managing Huge Ad spends.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
