Overview:


As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market presence for the company in your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors or big canteens/large offices/ or manufacturing set up needing various kind of flour as their main raw material such as biscuit and noodle manufacturers along with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication in local language skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for achieving targets.


Responsibilities:

Actively promoting and selling Shivtara products to B2B customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Identify potential customers and establish new accounts through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.

Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or inquiries promptly.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
