Check out of Day to day dispensing activity, manufacturing activity,

packing activity.

Check out maintenance of log books of all instruments and daily records.
On lining BMR, BPR, log books.
Reviewing of BMR and BPR and also work with process validation

programs.

Any other responsibilities assigned by Head QA.

[1:47 PM, 4/13/2023] Office No 2: Custom samples at various stages.

❖ To Verify the all in process parameter during manufacturing process & packing process.

❖ To perform the process validation activity as per the approved protocol & ensure their compliance.

❖ To actively participate in change control, Deviations, Capa etc.

❖ Handling the sampling of validation batches at granulation, compression, packing & oral liquids.

❖ Review of export & domestic (BMR & BPR).

❖ Stereo Management, BMR/BPR Issuance

❖ Preparation of Master BMR/BPR.

❖ Control Sample Management.
