We're seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with exceptional English communication skills, a strong IT background, and the flexibility to engage with international clients via Zoom calls (UK/US/AU).

This 6-month internship offers valuable experience in project management support, with potential for remote work based on client needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent English language support to clients and team members, demonstrating clear and professional communication skills.
  • Utilize technical expertise to assist with ITrelated tasks, including troubleshooting CRM issues and coordinating updates with Project Managers and Clients.
  • Participate in Zoom calls with overseas clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
  • Manage tasks assigned by project managers, ensuring prompt completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Adapt to evolving client requirements and maintain flexibility in work arrangements as needed.

Requirements:


  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to engage in Zoom calls with clients across different time zones (UK/US/AU).
  • Previous experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
