• Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
• Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
• Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service, wherever necessary
• Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends
• Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated
• Communicate with clients at all times and maintain good relationship
• Meet deadlines and reporting to senior managers, clients as and when required
• Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment
• Must have a gogetter attitude and should be aware of various social media trends
• Should have Analytical Reasoning
• Should have good coordination skills
• Should be extremely creative

• Should have great client servicing skills

• Graduation is mandatory
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of handson experience is required. (Agency experience)
