Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Technical Support:


  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams for resolution.

System Installation and Configuration:


  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and related hardware.

IT Infrastructure Maintenance:


  • Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.

Network Support:


  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions.

Security Management:


  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard IT systems and data.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and assist in implementing preventive measures.

Hardware and Software Procurement:


  • Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user access.
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:
