The digital X Business Unit works with clients to innovate, deliver, and run solutions that drive growth and bring new business models across industries to the market.

We manage two key products. First, Ms. Iota, which enables dynamic risk insights, insurance models for loss prevention, sustainability, and claims services. Second, we are the exclusive development partner for SAP Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Accelerator.

Utilizing our products combined with market-leading partner solutions, such as SAP's Customer Experience portfolio, we help our clients create meaningful customer journeys for their customers.


Our global, multi-disciplinary scrum teams combine business process knowledge and development skills with advanced analytics and cloud technologies to solve the business digitization challenges of our clients.

We are looking for open-minded people with a passion for technology and excellence to join our team.

What you will do

***- Take over responsibility for the delivery of the agreed artifacts, incident and problem management (keyword: one for all, all for one) with your team

  • Learn and know the big picture and the vision of SQMS
  • Ensure the solving (contentrelated) of problems alone or with your team, when necessary
- deliver a potentially deliverable product increment as early as possible and regularly and presents it to the Product Owner and stakeholders

  • Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies and other workshops
- checks for each product backlog entry whether the definition of ready has been met
- ensures the quality of the results agreed in the project (e.g. checks whether the definition of done is fulfilled)
- undergo regular trainings in order to continue to meet the requirements.
- actively participates in the continuous improvement process at team and project level
- facilitating, so being the bridge in the Team
- collaborate with other Scrum Masters and bridge to the Management

What we are looking for


Requirements:

***- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technologies, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to successfully resolve diverse and complex business problems.
  • First level Scrum Master certification and/or Product Owner is preferred.
  • Affinity towards digital trends and innovation, as well as high awareness of quality in general
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team empowerment
  • Agile mindset and desire to take responsibility.
  • Selfmotivation, proactivity, and flexibility with good analytical problemsolving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an international team with international customers.
  • Very good English knowledge (spoken and written)
Nice to have

***- Insurance industry experience of advantage

  • Previous expertise in Development is also a strength
  • Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
  • Certifications are welcomed
  • German language represents an advantage
