Must-Have - MBA and Consulting Experience from any of the Big 4 companies will be considered for this position.

Experience Level - 1 to 4 years


We're looking for someone who is eager to join us during our rapid growth phase, which requires a willingness to embrace ambiguity, take on tasks that go beyond the job description, and have a genuine passion for collaborating with the leadership team to help build the organization.


You will be working directly with the founder and top management on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organization.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead projects that have been initiated by the founders and core leadership team across various departments.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO as a "barometer," having a sense of the developments taking place internally / externally within the industry.
