    Description

    Our client is a renowned D2C pet-care brand based in Delhi NCR and they are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager- Facebook/Google.

    This role presents the opportunity of planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across all strategic channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in user acquisition techniques to optimize our ROI.

    • Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution, and Performance Tracking.
    • Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets and indirect capacity.
    • Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google & Facebook and Manage web analytics and tag manager, FB pixels – Implementation and analysis.
    • Analyse the traffic and achieve the goals set (Lead and conversion-based campaigns)
    • Form Leads, Audience Targeting, and Conversion Optimization for Google Ads.
    • Manage Text, Display, Video ads for all the platforms mentioned above.
    • Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.
    • Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks, and deliver on strategies for improvement while maintaining the market leadership position

    Requirements:

    • Graduation with 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields
    • Experience in managing the Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
