What You'll Do:

Manage all communication, data, updates, and followup related to Recruitment.
Review and update all Job Postings globally.
Handle review and processing for recruitment incentives
Interview Scheduling, coordination, and followup for specific projectbased hiring
Manage all Operations related to particular project hiring on the ATS and in Google Drive
Maintained all data pertaining to specific projects and provided reports as per requirements.

What You Know:

A minimum of 1 to 4 years of proven professional experience is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Should have interest to work in a recruitment team as a Coordinator / Operations related role.
Good Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
A robust operational mindset with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fastpaced work environment.
