• Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations at our digital marketing agency.
• Assist in digital marketing endeavors, such as social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination.
• Collaborate with team members on Canva design assignments, creating graphics, infographics, and other visual content.
• Engage in cold calling potential clients and follow up on leads, maintaining accurate records of all communications.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights to bolster marketing strategies.
• Provide general support to team members and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective task prioritization.
• Experience or a strong interest in digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
• Must be a quick learner, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup for remote work.
