- _Drafting job descriptions, providing copies to the hiring managers and making revisions based on their feedback_

Must have good experience in handling IT Hirings (AWS, Azure, Windows, Linux, Networking, Desktop, etc.) and Digital Marketing Hirings._
- _Arranging phone, in-person and video conferences for meetings with potential technical professionals_
- _Performing various background checks on professionals before advancing them to the next interview level_
- _Completing reference checks with the information the professional provided you to ensure it is valid_
- _Offering promising technical professionals the role and filling out the required paperwork for the company_
- _Staying within company recruitment budgets when hiring technical professionals._
