Experience Graduate in Civil Engineering, 10 Years + Total experience & 4 years + experience in railway/ Metro projects.


The Role

  • Tender Preparation, Contracts monitoring, Subcontractor Billing, Client Billing, Preparation of BBS, Material Reconciliation, Tender Preparation, work Order Preparation.
  • Facilitating in developing all projectrelated contract strategies and organizing the list of bidders and inviting the file for tenders. Main Duties
  • Tender Preparation and evaluation of technical and financial bid.
  • Monitoring contracts and moving forward with closeout, extension or renewal of contracts.
  • Performing all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project department and smooth functioning of the project.
  • Assisting the departments and evaluating various commercial and technical evaluations.
  • Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
  • Responsible for monitoring contracts, quantity takeoff and contract specification
