Description
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing department
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand approaches and programmes for generating leads
- Compile leads from marketing initiatives and ensure they are properly managed and tracked
- Work to qualify potential customers
- Have in-depth conversations to understand the wants, issues, and budgetary limitations of potential customers
- Find out how interested and ready people are to purchase
- Evaluate leads in accordance with preset criteria to make sure they meet the requirements of our ideal customer
- Put lead transfer first
- Get to work giving the sales team complete and accurate information after the lead meets the qualifying conditions
- Provide the sales team with the background data required to ensure a seamless transition
- Give your aims your whole attention
- Aim to achieve your individual and team objectives for lead qualification and conversion
- Try to monitor and document the flow of leads through the sales funnel on a regular basis
- Pay attention to handling client relations
- Ensure that the CRM system has complete and up-to-date records of every interaction with leads and prospects
- Ensure that all communications with potential clients are organised and suitably recorded for future reference
- Get familiar with the product
- Make an attempt to stay informed on the company's products, market trends, and rivalry
- Explain the features and advantages of the product to potential customers in an effective manner
- Give the marketing and sales team feedback on lead quality and prospect engagement
Pay:
₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
