Job Requirements
EducationDiploma / Graduation
Relevant Experience- 4 years
Must possess good computer knowledge specially in excel(MIS).

Process Contribution
- Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure
- Ensure revenue is booked as per defined procedure
- Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN / declaration letter etc.)
- Handle critical customer complaints related to commercial compliance and close all pending cases as quickly as possible
- Provide requisite support to the store staff during exhibitions / road shows / new product launch, prepare revenue reports for regional commercial team during such events
- Discover new ways to make store level commercial processes more efficient & less time consuming, drive the same during regional meets
