Designation:

Customer Support Executive


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers
  • Convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment or visit
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Conduct needsbased selling by using nonscripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
  • Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

Experience Required:
2 Years Experience in (Tele sales)


Salary:

INR 2,50,000 - 3,60,000 P.A.+ Unlimited Incentives


Shift Timings:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM


Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:

₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
