Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high-value customers.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business requirements, preparation of Functional Requirements Document, and acting as a point of contact for Development team to get their queries resolved by Business for the Comm Cards System, which serves global clients across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Job Purpose:

He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for interacting with the business, technology teams, partner systems and card processors in tracking the Agile project by contacting all ceremonies in Agile delivery
Capable of conducting all Agile meetings and managing right status of deliveries in JIRA through interaction with Scrum and technical teams
Effectively sharing Agile project reports for use by technology and product teams
Provides all required status updates to project team, users, and various levels of management as appropriate

Key Challenges:

Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to provide quick turnaround to Business queries/ issues and management requests
Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly

Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 610 years of proven project experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner or Product Owner Delegate in a financial services company
Commercial Cards business knowledge a significant plus
Must have extensive experience in Microsoft tools, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
Must have extensive experience in Project tracking tools like JIRA to track projects in Agile.
Experience with SDLC methodologies and structured systems analysis and design
Excellent documentation skills in preparing business requirement, functional specs/design, use case and functional flow documents.

Key Competencies:

Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Experience in Financial industry i.e., Cards, Retail, Wholesale Banking
Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly.
Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
Proactive problemsolver
Relationship builder and team player
Flexibility to work in multiple complex projects and changing priorities.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in working on a largescale global project.
