LMS Manager - India - Wellingtone

Wellingtone is a well-respected project & portfolio management consultancy headquartered in England with offices in Ireland, Spain, USA and India.

As part of our client work we deliver training courses in both best practice project management and related Microsoft technology, including Planner and MS Project. We have had more courses Accredited by industry professional bodies than any other organisation worldwide. As part of our training services we have develop a range of eLearning courses, administered through our LMS.

We are now looking to recruit an LMS Manager to take ownership of all our eLearning courses and LMS. This person would work with our project management experts to develop further content and courses and custom courses on a client-by-client basis.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a global team, with full responsibility for one of our key services reporting to our Consulting Director based in the UK.

Essential:

• Experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions using authoring tools (ADAPT, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or other).
• Skills to edit and create digital media content, edit videos, design course materials using Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools.
• Knowledge of web design foundations using HTML and CSS
• Experience of using Moodle or other LMS to manage course enrolments, users, and exams.

Amazing if you have it:

• LMS Implementation experience.
• Moodle theming experience, developing custom plugins for Moodle.
• Understanding of simple cloud infrastructures (Digital Ocean, AWS, etc.) to build and manage digital solutions.
• Experience with Accredible, the digital badge/certificate platform

This role is remote, working from home, but traveling to the UK for initial onboarding and then twice a year for a week at a time.
