Job summary
This role requires a mix of leadership skills and technical expertise in SmartCOMM Forms Design.Responsibilities
- Plan and manage day-to-day activities of team members
- Lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore
- Analyse requirements sent by onsite and identify gaps Highlights any risks issues Review day-to-day offshore deliverables Take responsibility of offshore leave plan resource arrangements Prepare daily weekly monthly status reports Help team in defect triage technical challenges Participate entire system development lifecycle support applications document processing printing mail business Support development production support correspondence applications statements invoices letters etc Work multiple initiatives Document Delivery technology Build maintain reusable artifacts process high volume data invoke CCM Tool compose documents End-to-end process flow tracking ensure data integrity create reports send print load archive Help develop standard best practice maintain documentation Deploy code across multiple environments test production Diagnose troubleshoot issues Provide production support development applications Document Delivery Technology team
