Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment according to established codes and safety regulations.
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify faults and ensure proper functioning.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including issues with wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central air conditioning units, split systems, and window units.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve electrical and AC issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation and repair projects.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to prevent accidents and hazards in the workplace.
Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical or HVAC systems preferred.
Proven experience as an Electrical and AC Technician, with a minimum of [insert number] years in the field.
Valid electrical license or certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
