As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a diligent and proactive Research Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within nonIT staffing sectors.
Analyze industry data and employment trends to identify areas of high demand for staffing services.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and expand our client base.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure ethical and effective recruitment processes.
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for sourcing and lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with nonIT industries and staffing processes is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
