About the team

We are Reliance Trust Team providing Investment Accounting Services to our Trust Client Globally, so we have different teams working on Position Recon, Cash Recon, Exception Resolution, Financial Reporting, Trade Team and so on.

What you will be doing

This position is for Trust Accounting (Reliance Trust): You will be responsible for processing and review, working on multiple processes with critical deliverables, work on transition business from one location to Pune, Open to work in shifts to cover client requirements.

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience

Experience in ITIL processes
Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management
Good experience in SQL
Good experience in Unix/Linux commands with knowledge on shell scripting
Good communication skills and can establish strong relationship with Dev, infra teams, onshore counterparts etc.,
Willing to work in rotational shifts (APAC, EMEA) including weekends.

Added bonus if you have:

Knowledge of financial services industry/investment Banking/Exchange Traded Derivatives
Knowledge in tools like Autosys, ServiceNow, Geneos etc.,
ITIL V3/V4 certification
