Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Oracle Ebiz HRMS system configuration and customization.
- Implement and configure Oracle Ebiz HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Perform system analysis to identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and automation within Oracle Ebiz HRMS.
- Develop comprehensive functional design documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Conduct thorough system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of Oracle Ebiz HRMS modules.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated HRMS solutions, coordinating efforts with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Lead or contribute to data conversion and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Develop and deliver enduser training materials and provide training sessions to HRMS users, ensuring their effective utilization of Oracle Ebiz HRMS modules.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Ebiz HRMS releases, new features, patches, and industry best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Oracle Ebiz HRMS implementation, configuration, and support.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Ebiz HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS APIs, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Solid understanding of HRMS business processes, best practices, and industry regulations.
- Proven problemsolving and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong documentation skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Pay:
₹100, ₹120,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
