    • StrategicFinancial Planning &Analysis
    • Serveas a financial thought partner to the CEO and executive teamshaping longterm strategies that align with the companys visionrisk tolerance and growth ambitions.
    • Analyzemarket data competitor activity and macroeconomic trends togenerate financial projections that inform resource allocationexpansion plans and the pursuit of new investmentopportunities.
    • Oversee budgeting forecastingand sophisticated financial modeling. Ensure accuracy and alignmentwith goals while maintaining adaptability to respond to theevershifting real estate market.
    • Developindepth financial feasibility studies for potential acquisitionsdispositions and development projects highlighting potentialreturns risk factors and the longterm impact on ourportfolio.
    • Capital MarketsExpertise & InvestorRelations
    • Buildand nurture relationships with lenders equity investors andfinancial institutions to secure optimal funding across ourportfolio of real estate assets.
    • Structurecomplex financing transactions (debt equity mezzanine financingetc.) balancing strategic risk mitigation with maximumreturns.
    • Take a lead role in investor relationscommunicating our financial performance investment strategy andlongterm vision with transparency andclarity.
    • Maintain a pulse on evolving capitalmarket trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate finance.Proactively adapt our fundraising strategies to maintain acompetitive edge.
    • OperationalFinance & PerformanceOptimization
    • Analyzeprofitability at the project and business unit level identifyingopportunities for cost optimization revenue enhancement andimproved operational efficiency.
    • Partnerclosely with project management development leasing and propertymanagement teams. Provide actionable financial insights thatfacilitate smarter decisionmaking.
    • Develop andmonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financialhealth of the company individual projects and our investmentportfolio.
    • Collaborate with department heads toimplement financial controls and processes that promote efficiencyand accountability.
    • CorporateGovernance &Compliance
    • EnsureGAAP compliance timely and accurate financial reporting (SECreporting if applicable) and strict adherence to tax regulationsspecific to the real estate industry.
    • Overseefinancial audits (internal and external) championing continuousimprovement of internal controls and the mitigation of financialrisk.
    • Play a key role in investor reporting andboard communications providing clear explanations of financialperformance and strategicinitiatives.
    • Proactive RiskManagement &Insurance
    • Identifyand assess a wide range of financial risks including interest ratefluctuations construction cost overruns legal and regulatorychanges tenant credit issues and naturaldisasters.
    • Design and implement risk mitigationstrategies contingency plans and insurance solutions to protect ourassets and ensure business continuity.
    • Lead therisk management committee promoting a culture of financial prudenceand shared responsibility across theorganization.
    • Technology Champion& DataDrivenInsights
    • Spearheadthe adoption of technology to streamline financial processesautomate reporting and generate predictiveanalytics.
    • Oversee the selection implementationand ongoing optimization of financial software systems (ERPaccounting financial modeling tools and business intelligencesolutions).
    • Leadership of aHighPerformingTeam
    • Attractretain and mentor a worldclass finance and accounting team. Fostera culture of intellectual curiosity collaboration and a commitmentto continuous improvement.
    • Build a talentpipeline for the future identifying highpotential individuals andproviding meaningful development opportunities and successionplanning.
    Qualifications&Experience
    • Mastersdegree in Finance Accounting or MBA with a finance concentration.CPA designation is strongly preferred.
    • 15 yearsof progressive experience including a minimum of 7 years in asenior leadership role within the real estate industry (developmentREITs private equity etc.).
    • Expertise in realestate valuations deal structuring capital markets and investmentanalysis.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP tax lawsand financial reporting standards relevant to the real estatesector.
