- Partnerclosely with project management development leasing and propertymanagement teams. Provide actionable financial insights thatfacilitate smarter decisionmaking.
- Develop andmonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financialhealth of the company individual projects and our investmentportfolio.

- EnsureGAAP compliance timely and accurate financial reporting (SECreporting if applicable) and strict adherence to tax regulationsspecific to the real estate industry.

- Mastersdegree in Finance Accounting or MBA with a finance concentration.CPA designation is strongly preferred.
- 15 yearsof progressive experience including a minimum of 7 years in asenior leadership role within the real estate industry (developmentREITs private equity etc.).
- Expertise in realestate valuations deal structuring capital markets and investmentanalysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP tax lawsand financial reporting standards relevant to the real estatesector.
