We're looking for a Software Field Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

• Prospect and identify new customers for our innovative software solutions.
• Visit potential and existing clients to understand their needs and showcase how our products can benefit them.
• Answer customer queries about our products and services.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Prepare compelling quotes and pricing information.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to win deals.
• Provide product training and support to ensure customer success.
• Analyze customer needs and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (a plus)
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the competitive landscape (a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
• The ability to negotiate effectively
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
• A gogetter attitude and a desire to succeed
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English is a must (Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam a plus)
• Valid 2wheeler driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Immediate or within 15 days start date a plus
