Take part throughout the entire life cycle sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, qualifying, and negotiating pricing are all part of recruitment.
The capacity to effectively lead a team while working autonomously.Extremely at ease conducting business on W2, C2C, and 1099.
Independently handling Agency requirements, determining prices, and sending applicant profiles.
Charged with locating, creating, and establishing new business relationships.
Meeting the needs of the client by submitting appropriate profiles in collaboration with the recruitment team.
Assisting in client interview processes coordination.
In charge of gathering client information, data required by the payroll department, etc.
In charge of finding and appointing appropriate individuals to necessary technical jobs.
Examining specifications and looking up profiles in databases. Searching on several job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, as well as vendor hot lists.
In charge of filling full-time technical posts, both exempt and non-exempt.
