Sourcing Suppliers:
Identifying potential suppliers for the goods and services needed by the organization. This involves researching vendors, evaluating their capabilities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Vendor Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise, and negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best possible deals for the organization.

Price Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing while maintaining quality standards and meeting delivery deadlines.

Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained to meet the organization's requirements without causing overstocking or shortages.

Cost Reduction: Implementing cost-saving strategies and initiatives to optimize procurement processes, reduce expenses, and improve the organization's bottom line.

Quality Control: Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards and specifications through effective quality control measures.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, agreements, and supplier information. This includes generating purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation as required.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing procurement activities. Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions or vendor non-compliance.
