Customer Support Executive - Gurugram, Haryana, India - Hike Education
Description
Completing end to end Targets.- Outbound call process (min calls in a day).
- Fetching out References.
- Completing 2 hours connected call duration by the day end.
- Responsible for the student Help/ issues over calls.
- Grievance handling/ query handling based on the academics and curriculum.
- Fetching out References and taking feedback from the students.
- Handling escalations & cancellation of students, working towards retention.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Salary:
₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
