Insurabox Advisory LLP is a leading financial services provider in India, offering a comprehensive range of products and solutions, including loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


Outbound and inbound calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial products and services. Handle incoming calls from existing customers and address their queries and concerns.

Customer engagement:
Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.

Product promotion:

Effectively explain the features and benefits of loans, credit cards, insurance plans, and mutual fund investments offered by leading banks and financial institutions in India.


Target achievement:
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Database management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.

Compliance and regulations:
Comply with all industry regulations and ethical standards while handling customer interactions.

Training and development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

Team collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and management to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Requirements:


Education:
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in finance or a related field is a plus.

Communication skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers effectively.

Sales experience:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in the financial services sector is preferred.

Financial product knowledge:
Familiarity with loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds is advantageous.

Persuasive skills:
Ability to articulate product features and convince customers to avail of our financial solutions.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing product offerings, market dynamics, and customer preferences.

Computer proficiency:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:
₹6, ₹30,000.00 per month
