Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products or services
- Schedule appointments with potential customers for our sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to secure repeat business
- Meet daily targets for call volume and sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
