Responsibilities:
- Managing a set of Channel Partners
- Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer acquisition, retention, and Store Operations.
- Training to improve staff productivity and Quality
- Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target
- Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers
- Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territoryCorporate Tieups to generate new revenue streams.
- Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them.
Skills Required/Prerequisites:
- Bachelor
- Good communication skills
- Post Graduate degree (Preferably MBA)
- Min 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation Degree
- Must have a 2 Wheeler
Willing to Travel for 20 days in a month:
- Proficient in Local Language of the state
- English Communication should be above average
Compensation:
- INR 3 lacs per annum CTC
- In hand per month salary will be INR Provident Fund will be deposited in Employee PF account)

Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

- Up to 70% travel
