Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  • Maintain records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations.

Requirements:


  • Minimum one year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Selfmotivated and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressureable environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inward and dispatch processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required).

Salary:
₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
