About Us

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Continuously optimize product listings, content, and user experience to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in e-commerce.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and service providers to support e-commerce initiatives.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns and initiatives.
Generate reports and provide insights on e-commerce performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or others.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience with graphic design, web development, or content creation is a plus.

Salary Range: 10, ,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and the company's location and financial capacity.
