Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sourcing Executive at 360 Realtors LLP located in Thane.

It will involve below mentioned responsibilities:

Fostering client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
Set clear goals and expectations
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required

.A minimum of 6 months - 2 years of real estate sales / Retail Direct Sales - B2C / Insurance Sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and team members
An understanding of the real estate market and trends in the retail segment
Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
