Monitoring/ReportingFor each RSO, Storm log in shall be created which will have:

  • Attendance Punching (Sign in
  • Sign Out).
  • PJP
  • RSO need to punch in reporting time for each outlet visited as per plan shared
  • LAT and LON shall be captured.
  • For every outlet visited, RSO need to provide training and conduct knowledge and selling skills and input the score into the storm app.
  • Daily morning huddle with Cluster Managers and EoD review.
  • RSO must have a joint visit with Distributor manpower
  • 80% of total visits.
  • Weekly review
  • Retailer width
  • Target vs Ach.
  • MTD Performance.
  • Issues and support expected.
  • Daily reporting in official groups-
  • Support Distributor and their manpower in credit collection from the market. However, RSO shall not be involved in collecting Cash/Cheques or any other assets on behalf of Distributors. Credit collection/Bad Debt is the sole responsibility of the Distributor.

Hierarchy:


RSO shall be employed through Third Party services.- Reporting to KAM.- Each RSO shall be assigned 50 retailers for effective and efficient management.
