    About the Client : A prominent leader in shopping malls, communities, retail, and leisure across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia

    Location : Bangalore / Gurgoan (Hybrid)

    Experience : - 9 years

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :


    As a Manager, Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives within our retail business.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends, create insights, and recommend actions that will contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve processes, products, and customer experiences

    Scope :


    • Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies and initiatives
    • Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analyses on large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
    • Data Visualization: Create meaningful and insightful data visualizations, reports, and dash boards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or data visualization libraries in Python or R.
    • Advanced Analytics: Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques provide solutions for critical business areas to drive growth and customer experience.
    Skills :


    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
    • Proficiency in advanced analyltics
    • Proficient in coding languages like SQL, Python
    • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Experience working in BiqQuery or AWS
    • Understanding of Ecommerce and Retail businesses
