_We are looking for professionals to work on Master Data Management and Execute MDM requests from different data domains, Adhoc request and daily activities._

_ _

_Responsibilities

_:

_ _

_Working experience on Customer data attributes ensuring data alignment and accuracy within Informatica, SAP (R3 & S4), and Mainframe_

_ _

_Experience in ERP (SAP / S4 HANA) environment will be an advantage_

_ _

_Good knowledge and experience in Customer Hierarchy mapping along with Strategy Master Data Solutions_

_ _

_Initiate the create and update request for customer master data records in the Salesforce UI (CustIM)_

_ _

_Own the accuracy and completion of the customer data attributes from creation to retirement_

_ _

_Customer Master Data Steward will be the one point of contact for Sales, Finance, Account Receivables, Customer Operations, and other key stakeholders for customer master data attributes_

_ _

_Should have abilities to perform quality audits on timely basis to validate and ensure the process in executed with error free and high quality data standards _

_Initiate and/or collaborate with master data resources to implement process improvements._

_ _

_Adhere to internal controls_

_ _

_Raise request as per requirement (create, update, delete master data)_

_ _

_Determine all tasks to be completed and maintain key report outs to internal as well client-side stake holders_

_ _

_Conduct process related reviews and approvals_

_ _

_Attention to details, ability to meet internal deadlines_

_ _

_Ability to prioritize and schedule / allocate workload_

_ _

_Ability to comply with internal controls and policies_

_ _

_ _

_Serves as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for customer data attributes._

_ _

_Supports Customer UAT and Regression testing as needed_

_ _

_Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc._

_ _

_Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc._

_ _

_Establish and facilitate cross-functional Data Governance client vision & expectations_

_ _

_Work cohesively with remote teams (internal & external teams Ex: IT, AP, O2C, R2R, S2P etc)_

_Prior experience in Customer Data Management and SAP MM_

_Preferred basic SAP (R3 & S4), Salesforce, and Informatica Knowledge _
