ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES

  • We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Team Executive to join a rapidly growing women's health tech start-up.
  • You will be responsible to work with the Inside Sales team to
    increase conversion rates and support the team in day-to-day activities.

Directly calling customers/leads
to conversion and understanding reasons for not converting.


  • Follow up with leads over WhatsApp and phone and
    keep leads warm with strategic reconnection.
  • Interacting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platform
  • Identifying different systems/process changes company can make to increase the likelihood of conversion

Compensation:
Competitive. Incentive structures included.

Rs incentives, based on experience.


Salary:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • NCR, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Inside sales: 4 years (required)
  • CRM software: 2 years (preferred)
