Description
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and packages.

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Generating promising leads for the internal sales team to pursue
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Using scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Developing indepth knowledge of packages and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
  • Follow prepared script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefits
  • Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and lead conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
Proven experience working as a academic counsellor/

  • The ability to follow scripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative marketing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Willing to work 12 PM to 9PM shift

Salary:
₹8, ₹28,789.51 per month
