JOB DISCRIPTION of GM Corporate Affairs:
Setting goals and plans, execution of tasks, evaluate and motivate team members. - Provide guidelines for each individual members of the team to set goals, evaluate their performances, goal setting for the Corporate Affairs team's role in the company, provide motivation to the team


  • Provide strategic leadership and deliver practical outcomes across a broad portfolio
  • Corporate governance
  • Work effectively with the CEO and other HODs and oversee specialist staff to ensure the smooth operations of organisation
  • Have exceptional stakeholder engagement experience across all sectors; particularly all levels of government, community and private industry. 5.Exemplifies high level communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence effectively, supported by extensive and established networks across multiple sectors, locally and nationally.
