Designation : HR. Executive in a leading Manufacturer and Trader of a wide range of Diesel Generator, APFC Panel, Control Panel, etc and Service Provider of Turnkey Project Service. Situated in Rajkot (Gujarat, India)
Reporting to : DIRECTOR
Total years Experience : 2 TO 4 YEARS
Relevant Experience : 1 TO 2 YEARS
Education : ANY GRADUATE
Job Location : VARUN IND AREA, KOTHARIYA, RAJKOT.
Gender : Male/Female
Working Timing : 9:00AM TO 7:00PM

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in onboarding new hires, including conducting orientation programs and facilitating the completion of necessary documentation.
Handle HR operations tasks such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave management
