    Purpose Statement
  • Project Control Incharge experienced in Project planning, Cost control, Risk management.
  • Should have experience in Large scale construction projects with insight on engineering & procurment processes.
    Key Role &

Responsibilities

  • Scope & Cost Management.
  • 1. Validate project scope at intitial design stage, align stakeholders and create WBS
  • 2. Identify scope changes and analyze impact on timelines/budget and propose action plan to optimize time and cost.
  • 3. Download SAP data,map against budget, update cash flows & create projections in discussion with stakeholders.
  • 4. Create an Estimate to complete report. Identify, analyze & report cost variations.
  • 5. Report on vendor invoicing status & cashflow
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
  • 1.Create & circulate daily, weekly & monthly progress reports, along with critical action points & wayforward.
  • 2.Create, update & monitor project progress S-Curves. Analyze progress lags & propose wayforward/catchup plan.
  • 3.Create a presentation for monthly progress reviews.
  • 4.Monitor design to procurement of materials. Assess impact on schedule & provide early warnings.
  • 5.Active participation in Procurement meetings, Consultant reviews,etc.
  • 6. Monitoring of Engineering deliverables and resolve interdisciplinary issues for expediting progress.
  • 7.Risk Management ( Identification, Risk Register & Matrix, analysis, mitigation planning in alignment with stakeholders)
  • Time Management
  • 1. Planning and scheduling of projects in Primavera P6 EPPM
  • 2. Monitor and drive timely completion of projects with all stakeholders
  • 3. Facilitate RCA of time delays & suggest recovery plans.
  • 4. Develop & upddate weekly & monthly rolling plans for EPC

Experience

  • 58 years of experience in Project Planning & Control Understanding of Project Lifecycle of Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Execution.
  • Experienced in Engineering planning.
    Functional Skills Set
  • 1 Advance Excel,Google Sheet, Primavera P 2. Excellent Presentation Skills
  • 3. Proficiency in SAP PS & MM module.
    Qualification
  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical from Tier1/Tier 2 Colleges with excellent academic records(>70% or CGP >7.0).
