Tele Calling Executive - Delhi, India - Software Mechanics
Description
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
Communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of the company's products and services.
Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry to effectively communicate with prospects.
Generating and maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the company's CRM system.
Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls with potential customers or clients.
Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the effectiveness of the company's messaging and sales strategies.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting cold calling activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Positive attitude and energy
Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Strong listening skills
Familiarity with sales techniques and the sales process
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage rejection
Strong organizational skills for managing leads and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of the industry and product/service being sold.
Job Types:
Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
₹3, ₹10,000.00 per month
