Description

• Responsible for end-to-end designing across all platforms: ATL/BTL, digital, website/app, social media, basically everything.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and drive projects from ideation to flawless execution, showcasing your creative flair.
• Possesses a deep understanding of effective campaign strategies and has a proven track record of contributing to and executing successful campaigns, leveraging creativity and design expertise.
• Proficient in diverse design formats print and digital: video, static, GIF, etc ensuring our brand stands out in every mediuM/Format.
• Understand the significance of tailoring designs to different platforms for maximum impact and engagement.
• Take ownership of the graphic design team, working independently to create captivating visuals that elevate our brand with quick turnaround times.
• Be open to constructive feedback and multiple rounds of revisions if need be
• Collaborate on creating mood boards for shoots, actively participate in the shoot process, and post-production process

• 2 to 5 years of graphic designing experience and a plus if you have prior experience in an advertising agency or a fashion brand
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, knowing Figma is a plus
• Understands the importance of branding and brand guidelines, and different platform requirements
• Collaborative and adaptable team player with understanding and shifting priorities
• Stay updated on digital trends and open to adapting to the new design trends
• Can work with independently with mínimal intervention of brand manager in terms of ideation and design
• Photography and editing skills
• Handled a team of designers (12 members) prior
