This rolemay include the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience
Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
Create and maintain customer journey maps and personas to identify pain points and opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, design, marketing, and support, to align customer experience efforts
Monitor and measure customer feedback and metrics, such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and churn rate, to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Build and maintain customer engagement programs, such as loyalty, referral, and advocacy programs
Lead customer service and support teams to ensure consistent and highquality interactions with customers
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in CX, UX, and UI design

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in CX, UX, UI, product, or marketing roles
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in CX/UX/UI tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar
Familiarity with CX/UX/UI methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile, or similar
Experience in managing and leading teams
Passion for customer advocacy and empathy
