Coordinating and Conducting MRM

3.Business Controlling / Finance and Accounting

Business Case review and monitoring spends
Monitoring Corporate Allocation Debit notes of Intercompany
Cost reduction programs Monitoring
Overhead review and control
Cost Center/P&L
Costing and Cost Control function

4.Inventory Management
Monthly Movement and valuation of Inventory with plant controllers

Inventory Provision control
Nonmoving and slowmoving inventory review with plant controllers

5. Audit

Leader for Group Audit & Internal Audit
Support for Statutory Audit

6.Capex Management

Capex approval as per budget and Business case
Payback Tracking
