    • What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for assisting all verticals of the PSS organization
  • In partnership with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams, manage requests for new and renewals contracts (order forms)
  • Coordinate internal stakeholder discussions and alignment on deal related
    matters.
  • Have a solid understanding of Medallia's quote to cash processes including bookings, invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Continuously improve processes in SFDC and integrations into downstream finance
    and PSA systems.
  • Managing the Medallia PS organization's SPIFF and referral tracking process.
  • Creating SFDC reporting and dashboards as needed.

    • What We Expect You To Have

  • 3+ years of experience in deal desk activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse stakeholder group across Finance, Sales, Pricing, Legal, Systems/IT.
  • Be an excellent communicator, comfortable with communicating with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex deal structures and translate sales tasks to executable customer contracts.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CPQ, and Google Apps
  • Understanding of software revenue recognition issues, including revenue recognition under ASC 606
  • Previous experience of sales/pipeline forecasting is a bonus.
