Job Description:

As the Front Desk Receptionist at Craftbar, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that guests have a positive experience from the moment they enter our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and interact with a friendly and professional demeanour as they arrive at the Craftbar.
Manage reservations, both over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide information about the Craftbar's offerings, including menus, specials, and events.
Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the reception desk and waiting area.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service throughout the Craftbar.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Uphold the Craftbar's standards of excellence in customer service at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
